Adjusting the Photos
Once the photos were taken they needed to be adjusted for lens distortion, as the digital camera we used was not a professional piece of kit. Using the Filter> Distort> Lens Correction tool we were able to adjust the fish eye effect of the photograph to allow a more natural look for the picture. As the photo was taken by hand, it would need to be adjusted to make sure that the face was straight and not tilted in one direction. To do this, we used the line tool within the lens correction tool, and drew a straight line from the centre of one pupil to the other. The same process was carried out for both the front and side view.
